On January 17, Xie Ji, CEO of China Resources Building Materials Technology, visited the Liangqing Station of the Structural Building Materials Division in Nanning, Nanning Zhizhu Technology, the high-purity quartz sand pilot R&D platform project at the R&D Center, and Shangsi Cement to conduct research and extend greetings to frontline employees. Accompanied by relevant leaders from the company's Operations Management Department, EHS Department, and Southwest Region, the visit aimed to understand operations and provide guidance.

 

At the Liangqing Station in Nanning, CEO Xie Ji and his delegation inspected areas such as the control room, storage silos, and maintenance workshop, gaining detailed insights into the company's current operations, market position, collaborative models, and future development plans. He emphasized that regional management teams should closely monitor market dynamics and customer needs, flexibly adjust sales strategies, strengthen sales team development, and enhance management oversight of underperforming sites. By optimizing processes, controlling costs, and improving sales efficiency, the company can gradually improve its operational performance.

 

At Nanning Zhizhu Technology, CEO Xie Ji toured the production workshop and finished product storage areas, gaining a deep understanding of the company's production and operational status and the characteristics of its transformation products. He listened to the 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan of Nanning Zhizhu Technology, highly commending the company's swift strategic adjustments and business model transformation. He also provided specific requirements for the company's development and reform: first, to deepen market research and explore high-barrier prefabricated component markets to enhance capacity utilization and profitability; second, to gradually build a technical system and form its own technical advantages to continuously strengthen core competitiveness.

 

At the high-purity quartz sand pilot R&D platform project site, CEO Xie Ji learned about the purification process of high-purity quartz sand and outlined specific work requirements: first, to fully advance technological breakthroughs in purification according to established goals, strengthen talent cultivation and team building, and create a skilled and innovative professional team; second, to achieve stable and continuous operation of the pilot platform as soon as possible, producing qualified high-purity quartz sand products to generate more benefits for the company. He encouraged everyone to continue promoting the "entrepreneurial spirit" and "innovation spirit" in the new year, daring to break through and contribute wisdom and strength to accelerating the expansion of the holding company's new materials business.

 

At Shangsi Cement, CEO Xie Ji listened to the 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan, highly affirming the company's strong operational performance. He encouraged Shangsi Cement to fully leverage its geographical and resource advantages, face challenges head-on, actively improve, pursue lean production, and achieve operational excellence to make greater contributions to the holding company.

 

During the visit, CEO Xie Ji also inspected and guided the safety production work of the grassroots enterprises. He emphasized that safety management is of utmost importance and must be implemented at the grassroots level. As the year-end and beginning of the year are critical periods for safety production, it is essential to balance development and safety, comprehensively identify and address safety hazards, reasonably plan production and operations during the Spring Festival, and strictly prepare for post-holiday resumption of work to ensure safety.
