On January 17, Jing Shiqing, Chairman of the Board of China Resources Building Materials Technology, visited Shandong Runhe Company under the Functional Building Materials Division to conduct an investigation and extend New Year greetings to frontline employees. Accompanied by Jiang Muchuan, Vice President of China Resources Building Materials Technology, and relevant leaders from the EHS Department and the Functional Building Materials Division, Chairman Jing conveyed heartfelt New Year blessings to the staff.

Chairman Jing and his delegation conducted in-depth safety, environmental, and occupational health inspections at the production sites in Fei County and the High-Tech Zone, gaining detailed insights into the company's production operations and employees' working and living conditions. During a meeting with the management team, Chairman Jing listened to the 2025 business plan report of Shandong Runhe Company. He emphasized the importance of meticulous preparation for the Spring Festival period, enhancing daily EHS practices, and striving to build an inherently safe and environmentally friendly enterprise.

Chairman Jing pointed out that 2025 marks the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan. He urged Shandong Runhe Company to focus on the management theme of "Deepening Reform and Embracing Innovation," systematically reflect on concepts, capabilities, and work styles, and continue to deepen the "Four Reshapes." He called for identifying root causes of issues, refining strategies, optimizing production models, and reforming the sales system to swiftly turn the situation around and achieve a significant performance breakthrough.

Chairman Jing also presented the All-China Federation of Trade Unions' relief funds to employees in need at Shandong Runhe Company and extended festive greetings and New Year blessings to all employees and their families. He expressed gratitude for their contributions over the past year and encouraged everyone to remain confident, work diligently, and strive to accomplish the annual goals in 2025.
